Automatic failover to wireless data backup during outages or service brownouts
5G and multi-modem routers available for higher throughput during Starlink outages

Premium

Includes all features of the Basic and Enhanced service levels
Adds tunneling to the closest data center POP
Active-active bonding of multiple connections (Starlink, LTE, etc) for hitless failover (no “timeout” period needed to transition packets)
WAN smoothing technology for a more consistent experience
Static public IP address available
Can connect to data center services like MPLS networks
Best option for critical real-time services like voice and video collaboration
